Raw Materials is defined as a standard product prepackaged in predetermined quantities, sizes, color, texture or other attributes that are not part of a custom order. Raw Materials are shipped in packages without any customization requested by the customer. If a customer requests custom quantities, sizes, color or texture, the product is considered a “Finished Material” (see below).
Raw Materials may only be returned with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from AMD, Inc. and must be obtained within 30 days of receipt of Raw Materials. Any Raw Materials returned without an RMA from AMD, Inc. will be rejected at the expense of the customer. For contact information, please visit our Contact Us page.
Any unopened Raw Materials in it’s original packaging may be returned at a 50% restocking fee of the Raw Materials only. The charges for shipping the original order will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to AMD, Inc.. If the customer received a product that was not ordered, a restocking fee will not be charged unless the customer opens and/or uses the product which constitutes acceptance of the Raw Materials.
Any opened Raw Materials in it’s original packaging may be returned at a 65% restocking fee of the Raw Materials only. All Raw Materials shipped must be in original condition with no broken product seals or they are not eligible for a refund.
All shipping charges of the original order will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to AMD, Inc..
Finished Materials is defined as any product in which the predetermined quantities, sizes, color, texture or other attributes are customized and manufactured specifically for the customers unique order. All Finished Materials are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. If the Finished Material received is not what the customer ordered, please visit our Contact Us page and we will replace your order if we are found to be at fault.
Raw Materials or Finished Materials are not eligible for a refund if damaged by the shipping carrier. A replacement order or other means of compensation/replacement will be considered and evaluated. If your order was damaged during shipment, please refuse the shipment if possible and it will be returned to us at no additional cost to you. If you have already received a damaged shipment, contact AMD, Inc. within 3 days of receiving shipment to report the damage. Do not fill out a claim with the carrier until authorization from AMD, Inc. has been obtained.
